Surrey – Thursday 20th November at Camberley Heath Golf Club, Camberley
2025 has already proven to be an extraordinary year for HR professionals, marked by the ambitious programme of employment law reforms detailed in the Employment Rights Bill and as an employer you need to start preparing for these potential reforms to ensure compliance as and when they come into force.
Essential for HR and people managers, our seminars will update you on the progress of all the changes detailed in the Bill and look at other critical employment law updates and emerging case law.
Seminar Timings
We will be running 3 full morning seminars in Sussex, London and Surrey from registration at 09:00 to approximately 12:30 when a buffet lunch will be served and there will be ample opportunity throughout each session for questions, discussion, and networking.
Cost

Successful completion of the Academy and its assignments results in the award of a certificate.
Open Courses
We offer a range of open training sessions, usually for half a day, with recent topics including managing absence, better performance management and a mock employment tribunal. One of the key benefits of these training sessions is the mix of delegates from varying organisations giving individuals the opportunity to share experiences and ideas.
Webinars
We regularly run live webinars via Zoom on topical subjects. Recent webinars have covered topics such as Menopause in the Workplace, without prejudice conversations and settlement agreements and handling subject access requests from employees.
