We can advise on all of the following;

  • As an executive or senior manager we can help you negotiate a contract of employment, and your entitlements under bonus, share options and incentive schemes.

  • If you are moving to a competitor we can advise on restrictive covenants and confidentiality issues.

  • We can negotiate your exit from an organisation and have significant experience in securing severance packages.

  • If your employer has given you a settlement agreement, you will need a solicitor. We have particular expertise with settlement agreements as we understand what employers expect and have a head start when it comes to negotiating on your behalf. As a result we often achieve significant improvements in the terms.
