Features and Benefits of empLawyer® Retainer Service
Our empLawyer® Retainer Service is based on a bank of hours of legal support calculated at a reduced hourly rate. This bank of hours can be used as you wish, and applied towards general email and telephone advice, attendance at meetings, drafting settlement agreements, review and update of documentation, in-house training and any other project that arises. To note, the bank of hours does not cover work related to tribunals.
The service is available on an “until used” basis and usage is regularly monitored. Once the bank of hours is used, additional hours can be purchased at the same reduced retainer rate. If you do not renew your retainer then the benefits outlined below will no longer be available in addition if you are already booked to attend our update webinars or annual Employment Law Seminars these will become chargeable.
