Victoria is a solicitor and joined Sherrards in 2009, and advises clients on a wide range of employment law issues. Regarded by clients as being both practical and approachable, Victoria has a strong focus on reaching the best commercial outcome for our clients.

Victoria has a particular interest in Equality law and enjoys delivering in-house training for clients. In 2013 she obtained a Masters Degree in employment law from DeMontfort University in Leicester, where she undertook a dissertation exploring the thorny issues of holidays, sickness and the relationship between UK and EU law.
Victoria has a young family and enjoys cooking, arts and crafts.
