Harry Sherrard is the principal of Sherrards, and has been a specialist employment lawyer for over 20 years. Dan Soanes - Director, Solicitor
Dan, a Director of Sherrards, is a very experienced employment law specialist solicitor. He has represented the firm’s clients at many Employment Tribunals around the UK, and provides advice on a wide range of employment issues. Dan is noted for his incisive but practical approach to employment law issues.
Victoria Bevis - Director, Solicitor
Victoria is a Director of Sherrards and has practised as a specialist employment law solicitor since joining the firm in 2009. Regarded by clients as being both practical and approachable, Victoria has a strong focus on reaching the best commercial outcome for our clients.
Rachel Nicholas - Solicitor
Rachel, the newest member of our team joined Sherrards in November. Rachel graduated from the University of Brighton with an LLB (Honours) and went on to complete a Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford.
Alison Daymond - HR Consultant
Alison is a Human Resources professional with progressive hands-on experience working in diverse organisations. Alison has worked with Sherrards for many years and is recognised for being ethical, approachable and commercially astute.
Lorraine Sherrard - HR Consultant
Lorraine is a Director and founder of Sherrards Resourcing. Lorraine is practical and logical in her approach to projects and understands that time is the essence on recruitment projects.
Karen Lewis - Team PA and Office Coordinator
Karen is responsible for coordinating the Occupational Health service offered by Sherrards by meeting the needs of clients and responding to all enquiries. Karen also assists all solicitors with the administration of their legal work, manages the office and produces clients’ accounts.
Sarah Hammant - Marketing Manager
Sarah joined the team at Sherrards in March 2010 and is responsible for all marketing activities from events and advertising to PR and direct marketing. Sarah started her career in the high technology industry and has held marketing communications roles in many other industries including pharmaceuticals, training and design.
Graham Walls - Head of Finance
Graham trained as an accountant with Grant Thornton and has worked in the UK and overseas, gaining broad experience in a variety of industries with particular focus on the growth of small to medium sized companies. Graham joined Sherrards in 2004 and oversees the finance function.
Laura Tullett - Business Development Assistant
Laura joined Sherrards in February 2017 and undertakes a varied role in the team, but primarily focuses on business development and marketing. A former Business Analyst for a multifaceted business, Laura’s role includes developing contacts, ascertaining and fulfilling the needs of current and prospective clients.
Graham Harrison - Health and Safety Consultant
Graham is a dedicated Quality and Health and Safety professional with extensive experience dealing with all areas of compliance. Graham has been instrumental in reducing accidents and incidents and raising H&S awareness for a wide variety of small, medium and large organisations and has created many bespoke compliance solutions.
Caroline Evans - Bookkeeper
Caroline trained as a bookkeeper through the Association of Accounting Technician’s. She joined Sherrards in early 2016 to process the day to day financial transactions of the business.
Peter Jones - Solicitor
Peter is a specialist employment lawyer with 10 years’ experience advising employers in the commercial and not for profit sectors and senior executives and professionals in connection with HR, whistleblowing and discrimination issues.
